Wednesday 27th June - Seaton Burns year 11 prom...

Yes, i helped organised it and now it's over i thought i better share it... or at least my experience of it...

It was a fairly civilised affair With lovely photies:

Where friends came together for a final time... (before sixth form... or tomorrow! )

Or alternatively, looked drunk or frightened for no particular reason...

There was of course several other... 'highlights'... Such as most of the lads coming in pissed and me and Katie making them stand in the rain to sober up, a certain lad getting off with every girl until one particular lovely took the lot by doing THINGS in the toilets with him...ahem The buffet was gross but no one cared, the heating came on half way through! As if we weren't hot enough... we set off some confetti cannons over the dance floor which then stuck to all the girls' feet once we'd taken our shoes off... A lovely speech by miss Shaw... *snigger* poor Katie getting drowned out despite having a microphone with cries of "WILKOOOOOOO" and uhm, a finale of cheesy party songs ala macarena Ending with a lovely, That's Amore

But of course the highlight was the dancing... with a group of girls out first everyone soon followed... for lovely, gentle swaying to the music...

Oh who am i kidding...

Our prom tops all... with all of that lot... a giant conga line....
